Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hema Saree Studio website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings.

Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are securely processed.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed sarees in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Hema Saree Studio and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Hema Saree Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
